Uncontrolled Hypertension
Blood pressure higher than 120/80 is considered to be high blood pressure and the person is said to be suffering from hypertension. This problem is controllable, however, it becomes uncontrollable if due attention is not paid towards it. According to the studies, people who tend to suffer from it are those who have a lazy attitude towards their body and are majorly not concerned about the fitness levels. It is hard for such people to suddenly change from a luxurious lifestyle to one which requires constant exercise and diet management.
It is a known fact that hypertension causes a lot of problems. Since organs are directly affected by unregulated levels of blood flow, they are bound not to work properly. Extensive medical checkups from time to time become mandatory to bring it under control so that a healthy and a fulfilling life can be lived again. Control is only possible if the patient has the will to work towards it. Improper therapy, medication or follow up of advice by a physician would only worsen the situation.
The reason why medication is given such importance is because it needs to be just right. Higher or lower levels may cause side effects or no effects at all. These medicines are expensive; hence adequate utilization is also important from the financial front. However, it should not be an excuse for ignorance. In an effort to save some money, one would only lose more in the times to come and extreme cases can even lead to death.

Food intake has a lot to do with higher hypertension levels. Oily, fried, overcooked meals may worsen the situation. A doctor or a physician would be able to advice on the diet and the daily routine that should be followed. Remember to follow it like the Bible, Geeta, Quran or any other religious books that you believe and refer to.
The below mentioned list would be a motivating factor for people diagnosed with hypertension to take appropriate measures:
a) High blood pressures may increase the blood flow to the brain and affect its proper functioning. It may cause loss of concentration and memory loss. Effective body movements may suffer along with speech and hearing capabilities.
b) Organs start to deteriorate in the body which can cause many other complex medical ailments to the patient. As the organs start dying, the life is drastically reduced and early death becomes eminent.
c) Heart problems arise due to increased pressure that has to be applied by the heart. It may lead to heart attacks which are most commonly associated with high blood pressures.
d) The arteries and the veins start to dilate.
Believe it or not, it is not possible to sustain the pain that would come once these effects start to take place. It is much better to leave the room and go for a walk or jog and reduce some fat. Start eating healthy home cooked meal and avoid junk market food. Start taking responsibility and control of your life and body.
